"Make a Change" Support Group – Rose Harbour

Tuesdays: 6pm - 8pm / REGISTRATION REQUIRED / Please call 250-287-7384

This open group is committed to assisting women in their healing journey by providing a safe place for them to connect with one another in order to alleviate isolation, share information, raise awareness, develop coping and recovery skills and plan for a life free from abuse.

Women’s Empowerment Group - Rose Harbour

This is an open group aimed at supporting women in their desire to break down barriers and improve their lives.

SMART Recovery - Rose Harbour

Thursdays:  10am - 11am

This is an open group  which supports individuals who have chosen to abstain, or are considering abstinence from any type of addictive behavior, (substances or activities), by teaching how to change  self-defeating thinking, emotions, and actions; and to work towards long-term satisfactions and quality of life.

  

Childminding is available for all groups but needs to be booked in advance!

ONE-ON-ONE SUPPORTIVE COUNSELLING

Community Outreach Services

Campbell River and North Island Transition Society now offers one-on-one counselling sessions for women in the Campbell River area who are experiencing or have experienced difficulties in relationships, or for women dealing with addiction issues in recovery.

What to expect from one-on-one supportive counselling:

  • Confidentiality, respect, acceptance, and understanding

  • Information, support, counselling and referrals

  • Short-term supportive counselling for relationship issues or recovery from addiction
